Default question about spell cast time (fast casting)

do spell times get rounded down to the nearest .25?
-for example at 9 att fast cast on a 3 second spell takes 2.03 seconds..... will it get rounded back up to 2.25?

I just checked guildwiki about this matter. It's still inconclusive, but someone who used video recording software found no evidence of rounding. For those who were not aware, fast casting works like this:

Z=X/[2^(Y/15)], where X is base cast time and Y is attribute level.

The results were identical to the predicted values, at least to the nearest 1/100 second.

2.25 is not the nearest quarter to 2.03. Most likely it will be rounded down to 2.
My opinion though...
